Born from frustration with AI that never ships
We started Incesive AI Works after watching too many organisations spend months on AI pilots that never made it to production. The gap between AI potential and AI reality was enormous — and it was costing businesses real money and competitive ground.
Our founders came from enterprise software, data engineering, and applied ML research. We knew the technology was ready. What was missing was a partner who could bridge strategy, engineering, and change management in one team.
Today we work with enterprises across financial services, logistics, healthcare, and professional services — delivering AI systems that are live, measurable, and built to last.
